Longroiva is a Templar village, with a castle rebuilt in 1156 by Templar Knights. It was a place of passage for King D. Dinis and Queen Santa Isabel. The construction of a castle and settlement at this location was not accidental, but due to the hot springs, whose properties were already well known back then. Its sulfurous waters emerge at a temperature of 47ºC and have excellent therapeutic qualities.

Given the excellence of the SPA location, the hotel is equipped with a thermodynamicly heated outdoor pool, with water above 32ºC, temperature obtained through artificial cooling.
